ACAMS Credits
The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) has approved this live training event for up to 5 ACAMS credits, through the joint providership of the Alabama ACAMS Chapter and InfraGard Birmingham Members Alliance.
Attendees must complete the event survey and attestation to receive the Certificate of Attendance. Upon completion of the attendance attestation and evaluation, the event organizers will submit the attendees attestation and certificate of completion to ACAMS.
APOCTC Continuing Education – Program Number 19-026
This event has been approved by the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission (APOSTC) for up to 7.5 hours of continuing education. The APOSTC Program Number is 19-026.
Peace Officers must complete the event survey and attestation to receive the Certificate of Attendance.
The event is also approved for 7.5 hours of Executive Level/CEU hours. Chiefs of Police may complete the following survey to receive the Certificate of Attendance but must complete the APOSTC Executive Level Training form provided at the event and submit to APOSTC. If you did not receive the form at the event, please contact president@birmingham-infragard.org.
ASBPA CPE Credits – Certified Public Accountants
This event has been approved by the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy for up to 8.0 hours of business related CPE through a joint providership of Kassouf & Co., P.C. and Birmingham Infragard Members Alliance.
Attendees must complete the event survey and attestation to receive the Certificate of Attendance.
Upon completion of the attendance attestation and evaluation, Certified Public Accountants will receive a Certificate of Attendance prepared in accordance with the ASBPA CPE guidelines. The attendee is responsible for submission of any necessary documentation to the ASBPA.
ASB MCLE Credits – Class ID: 221683
This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission for a maximum of 5.5 hours’ credit, (0.0 hours ethics), through joint providership of Kassouf Healthcare Solutions, LLC and InfraGard Birmingham Members Alliance (IBMA).
As required under Regulation 4.6., each participating attorney shall be allowed the opportunity to complete an evaluation survey addressing the quality, effectiveness and usefulness of the program. Upon completion of this survey, you may download the Certificate of Attendance.
IBMA will submit your attendance record to the ASB MCLE Department within 30 days.
Other Professionals
Many professional organizations will recognize continuing education credits approved by State boards or other certifying authorities. If you attended the event and have the survey password, you may complete the survey above that is closest to your industry. You are responsible for understanding and complying with your professional organization’s rules for continuing education and for submitting any necessary documentation.
