Many national accrediting organizations, such as AAPA, ANCC, AANPCP, as well as state boards, recognize ACCME-approved AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and these credits may be used as such toward continuing education requirements. It is the responsibility of each professional attendee to understand the requirements for license renewal. SMA encourages all attendees to contact their state or national licensing board(s) and/or professional organization(s) to become familiar with their policies for acceptable continuing education credit.
